Cut and sewn in our small American factory, the Scout Flannel was built for the days when a traditional flannel feels like too much, but a lightweight shirt doesn't feel like enough.

Made from lightweight Japanese yarn dyed brushed flannel, this fabric delivers the softness and character flannel is known for while remaining breathable enough for cool summer mornings, late evenings, and changing seasons. Brushed for comfort and woven to last, it carries the same attention to detail as our heavier flannels in a lighter, more versatile package.

To make the Scout Flannel even more comfortable in warmer weather, we shortened the body length by two inches. The result is a cleaner silhouette that promotes airflow, wears comfortably untucked, and feels right at home through the summer months.

We kept these plaids clean and timeless. No ombre. No fades. Just strong, balanced patterns inspired by the American landscape. Familiar in the best way. The kind of shirt that looks just as natural around a campfire as it does in the workshop.

Finished with genuine cow horn buttons from Italy, each one carrying its own natural variation. A small detail that adds depth and character while staying true to the heritage of the garment.
