At Heat Straps USA, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with full transparency.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We use the Redo App to provide a dynamic shipping experience within the United States. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout to ensure accurate delivery costs and timelines.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We build in a dynamic order processing buffer so the estimated delivery time shown at checkout accurately reflects when you can expect your order.
International Shipping
For all international orders, we partner with DHL Express for reliable, expedited delivery.

Duties & Taxes: Duties, VAT, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. We remit these fees on your behalf to DHL, which ensures a smoother customs experience with little to no delays.

Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping timelines vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. Transit times do not include any potential customs inspections outside DHL’s control.
Checkout+ Protection (Optional)
At checkout, customers have the option to add Checkout+ powered by Redo. This service provides additional protection and convenience for a small fee.
With Checkout+, you get:

Free Returns for Exchanges & Store Credit – Free size exchanges and returns for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are available (less a 5% restocking fee).

Package Protection – Coverage in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Easy Return Portal – A simple online return experience with prepaid labels for qualified returns and exchanges.
⚠️ Please note: Checkout+ is optional and must be purchased at the time of checkout to be valid. Without Checkout+, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delays & Liability
We make every effort to ship your order on time. However, Heat Straps USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer unless you have purchased Checkout+ Package Protection.
