The body is constructed from rugged 10 oz waxed canvas with an additional 4 oz wax coating for enhanced weather resistance. The interior is lined with our proprietary 26 oz Hardwear Wool™ woven in the USA and exclusive to Heat Straps. Sleeves are lined with a smooth worsted wool for added durability and ease of getting the jacket on and off. The gusseted back allows for easy movement while an adjustable elastic waistline gives the fit a tailored functional feel.
Inside you’ll find both a secure zip pocket and an open pocket for essentials. Down below, heavy duty waxed canvas hand pockets offer durability without wool lining—tough and ready for real use. Brass YKK zippers, embossed snaps, and studs bring a sense of weight and permanence, and every seam is stitched with bonded nylon thread to hold strong over time.
